The kick off program for ICCF Street to Street Child Abuse Sensitization and Grooming signs awareness was held on the 5th Sept to 30th October in the 5 wards in Onigbongbo LCDA.

The turn out was really impressive in the two sessions training for ages 8-15years.

The morning session for 8-11yrs
The afternoon session for 12-15yrs.

The Children were all excited and participated fully in all activities.

Some of the Children came out boldly to be ICCF Ambassadors to report and speak out on any form of Child Abuse against any child on their streets.

They were given registration forms for parental consent as an Ambassador.

Yes children are always at the receiving end as soon as the act begins and ends. Most times, we focus on talking with the parents forgetting the children who are the survivors.

We will continue to holistically educate and sensitise our vulnerable children and the society at large on the dangers and consequences of child abuse, and also support our children who are victims and survivors of child abuse.
