At ICCF-IYANIWURA Life Skills Residential Center, practical life skills training remains an important part of our daily activities aimed at promoting independence, confidence, and self-reliance among young adults with intellectual disabilities.

During the recent training sessions, participants engaged in hands-on activities focused on bed making skills. These activity was carefully guided by mentors and facilitators in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Bed Making Training

The young adults were taught:

.How to spread bedsheets properly

.Arranging pillows neatly

.Keeping personal spaces clean and organized

.Developing daily hygiene and responsibility habits

The participants showed enthusiasm and improvement in completing tasks with minimal assistance.

The training helped participants build confidence and improve their ability to carry out simple task.
